How we hire.
Four steps, about four weeks, no trick questions.
A person reads every application. You hear back within five working days, with a reason if it is a no.
Thirty minutes with the hiring manager about the role, the team and what you want to do next.
A take-home or a pairing session close to the real work. Anything over four hours is paid.
Meet three people you would work with. If it is a yes on both sides, the offer comes within a week.
Work samples longer than four hours are paid. Every candidate hears back at every stage, with a reason. If you need an adjustment at any step, say so in the application and we will arrange it.
