How it works.
Four steps, and the record does the rest.
The same Operations and Finance modules you already run; the Marketplace only adds who can sell what you list.
YouList a departureDates, seats, the net rate per seat, what is included, the minimum to run, and the cancellation terms. Mark it open to creators, to other brands, or both.
A creator or a brandPicks it upThey see the net, add their margin, and publish it on their own website and app with their own reel or photos. Their followers book there.
The recordTakes the bookingIt lands in your workspace with you as seller of record. Your invoice goes to the guest; the host's margin and the TripOS share sit as lines on the booking.
FinanceSettles the splitGuest payments clear to you; payouts to the host run on the booking record after departure, with a monthly statement to each side.
Do the sum.
What a hosted departure pays you.
Your numbers. The host's margin is theirs to add on top of your net; the TripOS share comes from the host's side at the rate shown before publishing, not from yours.
To you, per sold-out departure₹5,76,000
Guest pays per seat₹55,200
Host's margin on the departure₹86,400
A year, if every listing sells out₹46,08,000
Illustrative arithmetic on the numbers you set, not a TripOS claim. Taxes, permits and insurance are yours as seller of record; the TripOS share is taken from the host's margin at the percentage shown before a trip is published. What stays yours.
The host brings the audience. You keep the business.
Your brand on the invoiceThe guest's invoice, voucher and tax line carry your name and registration. The host's page says who operates the trip.
Your policiesCancellation terms, minimum numbers and the refund rule you set on the listing apply to every booking the host takes.
Your operationsManifests, dated tasks, supplier confirmations and the guide's brief run in your Operations module as for any departure.
A shared guest recordThe host sees names and seats for the trips they host; you hold the booking, the payments and the history.
Your choice of hostsAccept a host per listing, set who can see the net rate, and close a departure to new hosts once it is covered.
Your numbersStatements each month show every hosted booking, the split, the TripOS share and the payout date, exportable as CSV.
Who can list.
What a seller of record needs.
Checked once at invitation, then carried on your profile. Your success manager helps with the gaps.
- A licence to sell the trips you list. Whatever your country requires: GST registration and activity permits in India, a DET licence in the right category in the UAE, package-travel protection and ATOL where flights are included in the UK and the EU, seller-of-travel registration in the US states that ask for it, CADASTUR in Brazil, RNT in Colombia, or your territory's tourism licence.
- A tax registration on the invoice. GSTIN, TRN, VAT number or the local equivalent, so every hosted booking is invoiced correctly in your name wherever you are.
- Insurance and permits for each departure. Listed on the departure record, so the host can show them to guests who ask.
- A cancellation and minimum-numbers policy per listing. Automatic refunds run from it when a departure does not reach its minimum.
- A reply within a working day. AI Customer Assistant covers first replies; a person on your side answers the rest.
- A paid TripOS workspace. Growth, Scale or Enterprise for hosted-trip listings; Enterprise for brand-to-brand resale.

Invitations go out in batches by region and departure type, from India and the UAE first and then wherever TripOS works. A line about your departures is enough to start.
Already on TripOS?Ask your success manager to switch the Marketplace on for your workspace; the listing form then appears under Inventory, and your existing departures can be opened to hosts in one step.Have your own creators?Invite them yourself. A creator you bring in hosts your departures at the split you agree, and the TripOS share on their side is the same. Not an operator?Creators host trips rather than list them. For travel creators explains the Creator plan, and Partners covers referral and reseller programmes.
Questions operators ask.
The short answers.
Who is the seller of record on a hosted trip? You are. The guest contracts with you, your invoice and policies apply, and your permits and insurance cover the departure. The creator or reselling brand promotes and earns a margin; it does not sell in its own name.
What does it cost to list?Nothing beyond your plan. The host adds a margin on top of your net rate, and the TripOS share on a hosted booking comes from that margin at the percentage shown before the trip is published; your net is untouched.
Who talks to the guests? The host answers the comments and messages their audience sends, with AI Customer Assistant drafting replies from your listing. Booking changes, special requests and anything operational reach your team through the record.
What happens if a departure does not reach its minimum? The rule you set on the listing runs: guests are refunded automatically on the date you chose, the host's page shows the trip as not running, and nobody is invoiced for a trip that did not go.
Can an operator outside India list?Yes, from any region TripOS works in: a DET licence and TRN in the UAE, package-travel protection and a VAT number in the UK and the EU, seller-of-travel registration in the US states that require it, CADASTUR or RNT in South America, a territory licence in the Caribbean. Tax is applied the way your licence sells, and the host's page carries the disclosure your market requires for promotional posts.
Do I have to accept every host? No. Each listing is accepted host by host, you can hide the net rate until you approve one, and a departure can be closed to new hosts at any time.
