Four ways to run it.
Pick the shape of your business today. Change it later.
One brand for one market. The currency, the tax line and the registrations are set for that country the day you type your name, the copy is in the language your customers read, and the app comes with the website.
- Your domain, your theme, one of twenty-one layouts, your colours
- One currency on the storefront; customers from abroad still pay by card
- The tax line for your country on every quote and invoice
One storefront that sells to customers anywhere. Prices show in the customer's currency with the rate recorded on the booking, the tax line follows the rule that applies, cards work from any country, and quotes go out in the language the customer wrote in.
- Display currency by the visitor's country, settlement currency by you
- Deposits, instalments and refunds at the rate they were taken
- Suppliers paid in their currency with the margin shown in yours
Each brand is its own website and app with its own name, domain, theme, language, currency and tax line, and they all run from one dashboard. Inventory, customers and the AI workforce are shared; the voice, the storefront and the books can be separate.
- One inventory, priced per brand; one customer record across brands
- A seller of record, a gateway and a tax line per brand
- Reports per brand and across all of them on the same dashboard
Head office sees every brand, branch and location on one dashboard; each branch sees its own customers, bookings and books. Roles are scoped by brand or branch, enquiries route to the right desk, and finance consolidates across entities and currencies.
- Multi-entity, multi-currency finance with supplier payouts
- SSO, SCIM, API and webhooks; a partner portal for the trade
- Dedicated infrastructure in the region you choose on Enterprise
Money and tax.
The currency follows the customer. The tax line follows the rule, until you change it.
Every price on TripOS has a display currency and a settlement currency. On a single-country site they are the same; on a multi-currency site the display currency follows the visitor's country or their choice, the settlement currency stays yours, and the rate is recorded on the booking so deposits, balances and refunds use the rate they were taken at. Suppliers are paid in the currency they invoice, with the margin shown in yours.
The tax line starts from a rule: the country of the brand's registration and the product type. GST per product in India, VAT on the commission or the package in the UAE, the margin scheme in the UK and Europe, the state rule in the US, the country or territory rule elsewhere. Every rule is a default, not a lock: change the rate, the basis or the label on one product, one brand or one booking and the invoice follows, with the register still exporting for your accountant, who keeps the filing.
