Is TripOS an Indian company?Yes. TripOS Technologies Private Limited is headquartered in Bengaluru, with a second entity in Dubai for the Gulf. Plans are billed in rupees with GST, and support runs in IST.
How does GST appear on my invoices?Set automatically per product: 5% on the package without credit, or 18% on your service fee with credit. Every invoice carries your GSTIN, the customer's GSTIN where given, the SAC code and the tax split, and the register exports for your GSTR filings. Override any line yourself when a product needs different treatment.
Can customers pay by UPI?Yes. Razorpay or PayU take UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and EMI by link, on the storefront, in the app and on the quote; Stripe handles international cards. Deposits and instalment schedules run on the same links.
What about TCS on overseas packages? It is a line on the quote and the invoice, collected against the traveller's PAN, with the current rate and threshold as the default. Because they change, you can override the figure yourself the day your accountant confirms a new one.
Can I sell flights without IATA accreditation?Yes, to start. Consolidators and TripOS Supply partners hold the accreditation and issue the tickets; the fare prices into your quote. When you hold IATA, add the number to the brand and your own issuing is recorded like any other product.
Can I run a second website for the Gulf, or a second brand?Yes. A brand is a website and an app with its own name, theme, domain, currency and tax line, run from the same admin and dashboard: three brands on Growth, unlimited on Scale. Inventory, customers and finance stay shared, with separate books per entity where you need them.
