Is TripOS available in the UAE?Yes. TripOS Technologies FZ-LLC in Dubai Internet City contracts with UAE businesses, bills in dirhams, and supports them in Gulf hours. Type your name on the home page and the website, the app and the AI workforce are live in a minute, the same product that runs travel businesses in every other market.
Can I bill customers and pay suppliers in AED?Yes. Prices show in AED, customer payments clear through Stripe in AED, SAR or USD, and supplier settlements go out in AED, USD or INR with the rate recorded on the booking.
How is VAT handled? At 5%, on the commission for a disclosed agent or on the full package for a principal, set automatically from how your brand sells. Every invoice carries the TRN, the rate and the basis; override the basis or the rate per product or per booking when you need to, and the register exports for your returns.
Where is my data held?Gulf workspaces default to the Singapore region, with Mumbai or Frankfurt chosen at sign-up if you prefer. A workspace never moves regions without you asking, exports are yours at any time, and the data-processing agreement is in the legal centre.
Can a creator in the UAE sell trips on TripOS?A creator hosts trips; a DET-licensed operator is the seller of record and carries the guarantee, invoices and VAT. The creator's profile carries the advertiser permit number and every promoted trip page carries the disclosure line.
Can I run one website for the UAE and another for Saudi Arabia or India?Yes. Each brand is a website and an app with its own name, theme, domain, currency and tax line, run from the same admin and dashboard: three brands on Growth, unlimited on Scale. A Saudi brand sells in SAR, an Indian one in INR with GST; inventory and customers stay shared, with separate books per entity.
