Corporate travel management
Manage corporate travel from one system.
Give your teams one place to manage travel requests, traveller context, approvals, bookings, payments and reporting.
What it is
Corporate travel management is a process, not a booking tool.
It is the structured process a company uses to manage employee travel: who is travelling, what the trip is for, what the organization requires, who reviews it, what was booked and what it cost. Companies run this differently, so TripOS holds the records rather than prescribing the process.
Why it fragments
The trip is one thing. The record is usually not.
An employee's trip passes through several hands. When each hand works in a different place, the company loses the thread between what was asked for, what was approved and what was spent.
The workflow
From company policy to recorded spend.
The company
Your organization is the record, not a customer account.
The travel program, its people and its recorded requirements sit together, so a request can be reviewed against what the organization actually asked for.
The traveller
Every employee's travel history in one place.
Travel requests
The request is where corporate travel actually starts.
Approval
Someone has to decide. Give them the whole picture.
Travel options
Options recorded against the request, not searched in a tab.
Two travel options are currently prepared for team review.
Illustrative travel options. Prices are recorded by the team, not drawn from live availability, and nothing is booked automatically.
Servicing
Plans change. The record should keep up.
Reporting
Company-level visibility, from records you already keep.
Two different jobs
Corporate travel management is not the same as being a TMC.
The organization manages its own travel process.
Your travel program, your requirements, your employees, your approvals and your recorded spend. The company is the operating record.
A travel business manages travel for client organizations.
The TMC team is the operating actor, working across many corporate clients and their travellers.
What sits behind it
Each part of the workflow has a home.
AI workforce
AI reads the record so your reviewer does not have to.
Requests, requirements, options, bookings and payment information are already recorded. AI summarizes what is there and surfaces what needs a decision.

Review requestTwo travel options are currently prepared for team review.
Review options5 corporate travel requests are awaiting approval.
Review approvalsConfigured cabin requirement is recorded. The selected option is ready for team review.
Review requirementsThis booking has one payment balance recorded and one servicing item awaiting review.
Review booking12 upcoming corporate trips have payment information recorded.
Review reportingAI summarizes, prepares and surfaces. It does not approve requests, enforce policy, book travel, block a booking, or contact travellers and suppliers.
